Cabiokid products are as diverse as they are challenging. Cabiokid staff continuously experiments with the potential of the natural resources that are abundantly growing on site. There is also an effort to come-up with soil based building materials and plant construction and handicraft materials.

Creating beautiful and useful products with resources that grow on site is a matter of dedication for us. These can be easily acquired and cultivated by a large number of people, which will assist in alleviating poverty in rural communities and making people less vulnerable for climate change.

Learn at and from Cabiokid

VISIT Cabiokid. Cabiokid is a working farm and accepts tours and visits with upon appointment. However, special tours on Sundays or holidays can be scheduled with the management.

STAY for a while in nature. Do you need to rest and want to see a green and diverse landscape after one week working in Manila? Come and stay for a weekend or more at Cabiokid.

GO FURTHER INTO PERMACULTURE.

Learning materials about permculture, ecology and sustainable development are available at Cabiokid and Quezon City. In cooperation with SALIS and Bond, Cabiokid designed a set of 7 posters (30x40) on some basic permaculture aspects. Permaculture books and the DVD Home with Tagalog subtitle are also available.

Our library with books on permaculture, ecology, farming technologies, bamboo engineering, agricultural magazine,… can be visited after prior arrangements with the management.

MEET IN NATURE. Cabiokid accepts rental of its facilities. Groups or individuals can stay and work with us for some time. Cabiokid can cater to groups who would like to schedule trainings or meetings out of town.

DEVELOP YOUR OWN PLACE. Cabiokid can assist in putting permaculture principles to action within your favorite land. We can even turn the most boring landscapes into truly productive and responsive areas. Ride with us on the wave of re-discovering the local eco-system and let us show you how it will work for you. Great challenges will await those embarking on permaculture designing.

ORGANIC FRUITS, RICE and VEGETABLES that are process in healthy organic juices, jam, wine, cakes, and special Filipino dishes.

BAMBOO that can be the raw material for the unique piece of furniture you have been looking for. With many years of experience, Cabiokid team can make it for you!

SEEDLINGS. When was the last time we saw trees which have been named after our towns and cities such as Dao, Mabalacat, Anonas, Antipolo, and many others? Cabiokid's nursery and gardens are continuously upgraded and planted with a variety of plant species which will surely make a difference in your garden.

Cabiokid also support other producers, groups and organizations that are involved in sustainability, ecologically sound technologies and livelihood by promoting and selling them products. Honey, jam but also organic soap, pandan basket, is available in Quezon City and in Cabiokid.
